We were very excited and eager to get our pictures. We were told that our pictures would be available for review online in one week and receive our CD of our pictures in two weeks. Unfortunately our CD was not sent when promised...at the 3 week date we ended up driving to Maricopa from Phoenix to pick up the CD so we could get our engagment announcements in the mail. There were alot of pictures taken although we were only happy with about 15 of them.
His professional appearance left much to be desired...and was lacking basic hygeine.
Our phone calls and emails were not answered in a timely matter and felt disrespected by this.
